This scheme for Equity Housing Association consisted of the demolition of an existing restaurant building along with the construction of 16 new dwellings; 3no bungalows, 9no 2 bedroom houses and 4no 3 bedroom houses. The new dwellings are a mixture of shared ownership and rentable units.
Properties have small garden areas and off road parking. The external works are a mixture of turfing, block paving, flags and tarmac.
The scheme was designed to comply with code for sustainable homes level 3 and is secured by design

The development saw some challenges as it approached handover however the site manager, with restricted resources ensured the properties were handed over on time and any items of outstanding works have / will be responded in a timely manner.”
