Procured on a single stage D&B basis this multi storey building comprised of a new 103 bed student accommodation development. It’s of mixed construction with a steel frame and concrete deck podium at ground floor with a 3 storey timber frame construction above together with balconies.
Externally the project is clad either in brickwork, various cladding panels and render.
We also utilised bathroom pods to aid the construction process on this fast track project and maintain high levels of quality.
The project is fully fitted out together with all external landscaping, outdoor communal courtyard and a cycle store.
A challenging development due to its location as it is completely landlocked.
Consideration is also required throughout construction with highways and the general public.
