Clarksville Farm, Crumpsall*

Clarksville farm, an exciting new housing development in Crumpsall, Manchester will be the second scheme CPUK have delivered for our well established clients at the New Park Commercial Group.
The scheme will consist of 44 houses built in traditional timber frame, and see three house types compromising of three bedroom semi-detached and four bedroom detached and semi-detached houses all finished in a traditional red brick with contrasting feature brick banding.

The scheme will see the demolition of an existing house built in the 1950s to originally serve the farming land.

Due to the incline of the land, the initial earthworks will see a largescale cut and fill operation, installation of major deep drainage and an attenuation tank to service the new site. In addition, three types of retaining structure will be installed to serve the gradient of the land.

Built to Highways specification, an access road connecting from an adjacent neighbouring development to the project which will see the closure of the existing entrance from Crescent road serving the new residents and providing pedestrian access to the graveyard behind the land.
