This project was the first for Threadneedle Property Services that CPUK have undertaken.
The scheme consisted of the Design and Construction of a new detached drive thru retail unit at The Deva Retail Park in Chester.
The project involved the construction of the buildings shell, foundations, below ground drainage, all incoming services, and plant mezzanine steelwork deck.
The building was fitted out to an exceptional standard.
