Cygnet Phase 1

The completion of the design and construction of a new manufacturing/storage/office complex for the Cygnet group. The project consisted of a new high bay warehouse facility with an overall footprint of 20,849ft2 and incorporates an internal gantry crane.

The superstructure consists of a structural steel frame with cladded walls and roofs externally, with some brickwork to the yard elevation. Internally the works consistd of a concrete floor slab to a high standard of finish with perimeter block walls, installation of crane at haunch level and the installation of lighting, small power, heating and compressed air system. Externally we provided all the external drainage, an external concrete yard area to the front elevation and a temporary stone car park.
