The scheme comprised the provision of over 32,000 sq ft of office/warehouse space. The steel framed buildings sat on simple pad/beam foundations following extensive earthworks inlcuding bulk cut/fill exercise. Specialist groundbearing insitu concrete floor slabs were incorporated.
