Hahnemann Building, Liverpool

The project comprised of the redevelopment of Hope Street’s historic, Grade II-listed Hahnemann Building into 100 modern technology driven, student studios. On completion, the former Hahnemann Homeopathic Hospital and the adjoining Georgian House now has a four-storey extension to the rear of the building with internal and external features being retained. Our works involved removing part of the roof to incorporate loft studios.

During the works we worked with the Liverpool Conservation Officer while refurbishing the external façade and upgrading the period lift. The location is in the heart of Liverpool City Centre which involved working closely with residents and businesses in the surrounding area including the luxury Hope Street Hotel.
