This new facility allows separate services which were located across the city of Liverpool to be housed in one central location. Our works took place in a live environment as the building is occupied by a six storey Premier Inn Hotel and is located on the high street in the heart of Liverpool’s busy shopping district, Liverpool One. The scope of our works involved the complete design and fit-out of the existing shell to deliver a Walk-In Centre, Sexual Health Services, Armistead Facility, a Health Information Point together with Safe Place which will provide forensic facilities. Partitioning works subdivided the existing space providing treatment, consultation and examination rooms together with a reception area. Installation of a mezzanine floor provided an administration centre.
“CPUK did a great job and were excellent to work with. The quality of the final product is a testament to their care and attention. Our relationship with all CPUK staff was good throughout the project, in particular, the Site Manager – Mick Wilks.”
