This scheme involved the refurbishment, conversion and extension of a former 1960’s steel framed and brick clad office block located in the heart of Carlton Cum Hardy with access to local shops, bars and restaurants.
The project forms new retail units at ground floor including a new fully glazed curtain walled shop front to Manchester Road with café seating behind a glazed balustrade to the front apron.
22no 1 and 2 bed Luxury apartments occupy the upper two existing floors and an additional new timber frame 3rd floor which is clad externally with standing seam zinc. The apartments are serviced by a newly refurbished service core which includes a new lift accessing all upper floors.
The building has secure parking to the which also includes servicing to ground floor retail units.
