Design and Build mixed use scheme comprising basement car park, basement and ground floor retail space with 24 apartments above. The site is bordered by major roads on two sides necessitating extensive permanent sheet piling operations to allow basement construction, together with a great deal of coordination and public/construction interface management. External works included a tennis court built to full LTA standards and the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a local authority carpark to adoptable standards.
