The scheme consisted of a 2 Storey extension with associated internal alterations to accommodate an administration area on the ground floor, along with an endoscopy suite on the first floor.
Works to existing building consisted of a rear entrance door and screens which were removed along with minor demolition to first floor wall which involved the removal of a section of existing brickwork to allow for new access.
Works to the new extension consisted of steel frame, external cladding, relocation of louvres and new RWP.
“Chris Haworth managed the project with good co-ordination with the hospital throughout and work proceeded with little impact on the business. A friendly site team which we would certainly use again.”
