The project was to construct a new Church Hall and Community Centre. The completed centre provides adult education/church facilities, after school clubs and other community activities.
The site was located in close proximity to a primary school and CPUK engaged with them on a number of occasions providing educational site visits and related competitions.
The building consisted of a steel portal frame with metsec internal walls with a brickwork facia and curtain walling. The scope of our works also included the finishes and building services installation together with associated drainage, external works and external services.
CPUK successfully completed the project to budget and to the complete satisfaction of the client and the professional team.
“AEW Architects are very pleased with the overall build quality of the project at St. Peter’s Church, Elworth. CPUK’s management of this sensitive site between the churchyard, a primary school and residential properties was excellent throughout”
