Our works were undertaken in a live retail park and comprise the construction of a new build 10,000sqft steel frame unit with a lower ground floor.
The external façade is a mixture of curtain walling, insulated cladding and cedar board cladding for tenants CSL.
In addition, we refurbished and over clad the existing retail terrace and provide new steel and glass canopies and entrance screens.
Our works also involved the provision of a new car park with a SUDS drainage system, phased repairs and overlay to the existing car park. To the rear of the units we cut out and made repairs to the concrete service yard.
The refurbishment and car park remodelling works involved out of hours working in order to reduce the overall construction period and minimise disruption to both the clients, tenants and the public.
