Negotiated project which represents our third Project with Chantry Developments comprises the construction of approximately 18,500ft2 of warehouse space and associated 2 storey offices.
Extensive value engineering was undertaken with the Client and Design Team prior to commencement on site to ensure target budgets were met, including redesign of substructure, steel frame and drainage attenuation.
The project included vibro piling ground improvement, insitu ground floor, steel frame with sheet cladding, masonry and curtain walling to elevational treatments. Internally the warehouse areas are fitted out with heat, light and power, whilst the offices are fully fitted out to an exceptional standard.
The scheme was completed on time and to budget.
