The principle aim of all CPUK staff is to strive for Total Customer Satisfaction, our supply chain share the same culture. Over 80% of our workload is a result of negotiated or repeat business which we believe is a testament to the level of service we provide.

At CPUK we are absolutely clear that the success of the Company relies entirely on having satisfied customers. Our commitment is that we will provide an exceptional service and form lasting and profitable relationships with customers, subcontractors and professionals alike.

The Company has been accredited with Investors in People since 2003; please see below the IIP Assessors’ views on the Values and Culture of the Business as contained in our latest accreditation report:

“The key priority of delivering a quality product and ensuring that clients are completely satisfied is regularly articulated to staff by the Managing Director and is very clearly understood by employees. Linked to this are CPUK’s very clearly understood values around a non-confrontational approach and delivering what is promised, even if it means losing money. These values are fully implemented through a range of employee behaviors to be used with each other, with clients and with local communities, ensuring that all interested parties are treated with respect and fairly.

A further strength is the ‘family feel’ within the business, which when employees were asked about CPUK culture, was the most commonly mentioned strength. CPUK need to retain this ‘family feel’ and build on it as a means of retaining staff. The summer BBQ, Xmas party, close personal relationships with each other and directors all contribute to this culture.

CPUK is perceived by staff as a caring organisation, one that looks after its staff well and one that goes that extra mile to help with personal and family issues, accommodating changes to working hours and allowing time off where necessary to help with these problems.

CPUK’s strengths are around its values and culture. Client satisfaction is clearly understood to be the number one priority. The family culture, close relationships and openness create a positive working environment.
